New Units on Kelvin Grove Horizon - Courier Mail Prime Site
Kelvin Grove could have another 380 apartments if a $200 million development is approved for and 8000sq m site on Victoria Park Rd.
Developer Pradella purchased the land in December last year and will offer a pre-release opportunity for the first two buildings, Vista and Horizon, at the end of the month.
One and two-bedroom units will be available from $298,000. Rental prices will start around the $400 mark for one-bedroom unit and $500 for a two-bedroom unit.
