Last Chance to Invest in Waters Edge - Courier Mail Home
The final stage of the Waters Edge development at West End has been launched following $60 million worth of sales in stage one.
More than half of stage one, known as Reach, has sold to date in the Pradella development.
Buyers of the 63 apartments in stage one have been a mix of investors and owner- occupiers.
Waters Edge will have two towers once completed, the second which has now just been launched is called Drift.
The project is the first of three precincts planned for Pradella’s 3ha site
Waters Edge development manager Brett Lentz said with few prime riverfront developments under construction, interest would be strong in the second tower.
The development, which will have 234 apartments, is expected to be finished by the third quarter of 2011.
