New Residents Due to Move in Before Santa Comes - Courier Mail
Apartment buyers have decided to get in before Christmas at Sherwood in Pradella’s recently completed Parklands development.
A sales surge in the past six weeks has resulted in a total of more than $ 3.7 million worth of sales being chalked up.
To date about 60 per cent of the development has now been sold.
There are 82 apartments, 17 townhouses and 11 detached homes in Parklands.
Residents started moving in mid way through the year.Pradella director of sales and marketing Ross Higgins said in the past few months some optimism had returned to the market.
The Parklands development has been built on a site on the corner of Sherwood Road and Egmont Street.
