Few Homes Left in Tempo, Flow - Courier Mail Home

Pradella’s West End developments Tempo and Flow are nearly 100 per cent sold, with only three apartments remaining across the two benchmark West End projects.

Pradella director of sales Ross Higgins attributed the sales success to the prime locations, proximity to the CBD and value-for- money price tags on both developments.
 
“West End is emerging as a highly sought after address and quality apartments in this thriving cultural hub and are in strong demand,” Mr Higgins said.

Mr Higgins said outdoor spaces at both Flow and Tempo had been meticulously planned and proved popular with residents.
