Despite reports of economic doom and gloom home buyers are returning to the market according to Pradella’s director of sales and marketing, Ross Higgins.
Following Pradella’s recently complete $150 million residential development Parklnads at Sherwood, has experienced a sudden surge in sales, In the past six weeks, more than $3.7 million of sales have occurred bringing the total number of apartments sold in the development to more than 60 per cent.
However, while active, Mr Higgins said home buyers were still exercising more caution than before the downturn,“There is no doubt that 2009 has been a more difficult year for the property industry, but over the past few months we have certainly seen a growing optimism within the market, “ he said.
Eight kilometers from the CBD, Parklands offers all of the conveniences of inner city living and is close to amenities.
