Andrew and Kylie Bottomley’s decision to purchase their third Pradella property is testament to the design and quality. Impressed by the locations, architecture and livability of Pradella’s properties, they’ve snapped up apartments in Canvas, Liberte and most recently SkyNeedle Apartments ‘Alto’ as investments for their three young children.
For Andrew, the prime inner-city locations were the key selling point for all purchases including a one-bedroom apartment at SkyNeedle.
Located less than 1km from the CBD and South Bank, within the catchment for Brisbane State High School and in close proximity to universities – ensuring strong rental returns until their daughter is ready to move in, SkyNeedle ticked all the boxes for both Kylie and Andrew.
In addition to the premium location, Andrew was drawn to SkyNeedle Apartments by the resident-only amenities including the resort-style lagoon pool and leisure deck, alfresco dining area, BBQ facilities, and the tropical gardens synonymous with Pradella developments.
“With SkyNeedle’s central location less than one kilometre from the city centre, it’s great that the apartments are spacious both inside and out. They offer plenty of room to entertain with landscaped gardens and premium amenities serving as an extension of the apartment. It’s bound to remain an attractive rental option for a young professional couple or tertiary student for years to come,” Mr Bottomley said.
“However it’s the quality and workmanship consistently demonstrated by Pradella that’s sold me. We’ve chosen to purchase a property for each of our children to move into down the track, or use as equity to build their own property portfolio.
“I believe that Pradella offer the right mix of lifestyle and location at attainable prices.”
